Problem sharing workbook

I am having problems trying to "share workbook"
every time i do it pops up

'This workbook can not be shared because it contains Excel tables or XML maps. To share this workbook, convert the table ranges and remove the XML maps.'

i have converted the tables to range and i have looked into the XML maps but there isn't any so i do not understand
why it keeps popping up saying that what do i do? did i make a mistake?

Hello and welcome to The Board.
To me, shared workbooks are something to avoid - there are just too many problems/risks with them.
