Problem Printing Landscape

I have several users that create new spreadsheets in Excel and have the following problem: Under page setup the page is assigned to landscape, but the page still views as Portrait and prints as portrait. They can force it to print landscape if they change the default printer settings. However, I don't have to make that change on the printer when I print landscape. Can anyone tell me how to fix this or will I have to create two separate print ques for them? (Ques being one with the default as portrait and one as landscape.)

Thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide.

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
Hi,

When I had that problem I recorded a macro to print landscape and positioned the button for it next to the normal print button, it was easy to find and all the page setup problems were sorted.
No need to create another print queue.
