I've downloaded it twice now and when I try to open the zip file, I receive a message that it does not appear to be a valid archive and recommending that I download it again. Any suggestions?

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
I just tried this from http://www.mrexcel.com/previewsig.html

When I right-click on the link and choose Save Target As, I get learn2007.zip. When I right-click and choose Properties, I see that the file is 13,594,529 bytes in size (although it takes up 13,594,624 bytes on disk).

What size file are you getting?
