I propose to the board, that there be a faster way to delete private messages, like tick boxes so you can select more than one or a whole bunch and delete them all at once.

i know it no problem if you get only one but some guys get bundles and it takes hours to delete then all

what do you think.

Since Smozgur will be doing some changes, I've sent him a link to this post. I find it annoying too, Jack. Great idea!

I've sent him a couple of PMs too, so that he can see exactly what you mean. It wouldn't hurt if you send him one or two as well.

Thanks for that, as i say it only effects guys who get heavy PM and Emaisl, i fro one as im sure all the MVPs are. (Im not MVP) but you see my point.

ICQ, chris i might set this up, but i hate pop up and all, and CAN i select who ICQs me, else it will drive me nuts!

Yes, good idea (which already should be done). It is easy to put checkboxes near the posts and let user check the posts which s/he d like to delete then click on "Delete Checked Posts" button.

Just like hotmail or yahoo email services.

By the way, I ve been still waiting for cooperation request from MrExcel to let me doing something on code.

Jack, there is a setting in ICQ that you can change so that the messages don't pop up. It will just flash in the taskbar letting you know you have a message.

You can also set it so that only people you have put on your contact list are the only ones who can send you messages.
