Hello Sirs,
a) I have an Excel 2010 file contains all students data like: name, attendance number, chemistry grade, math grade, physics grade, etc.
b) I also have designed a student certificate in Word 2010.
c) I'm using an A4 papers to print the certificates.

What I want is how to:
1- Make Word 2010 prints out a certificate for each student filled up with his/her name & all of his/her data imported from the Excel 2010 file mentioned in (a).
2- I want Word 2010 to print out 2 student certificates on every 1 (A4 paper) from the first student in the file to the last one automatically.

Thank you.

Excel Facts

Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.
Sounds more like a word problem than Excel !
But it sounds like you simply need to do a MailMerge in Word, with the Excel document as your source data
