I have very little experience with Access so I am hoping that someone will be able to help me with this. I am making a database to keep track of shipping. What I have is a form there people fill out the shipping contents sheet. A report formated for the corccet form that is to be used. What I want it to be able to print the report for that single entry.
Thanks for the help

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
If you've built the report, do this:
1. Go to Design view in the form.
2. View | Toolbars | Toolbox to get the tools, if they aren't already displayed.
3. With the Wizard clicked on, click the Command button then click on the form. The wizard fires up, and asks what you want to do. Pick Reports from the main categories, then Open Report.
4. Click Next. You'll be asked whether you want to display all records, or just this one. Select Current Record. Click Next, and type in the caption for the button. OK.
Save the form, go to datasheet view, and try it out.

Hello!

This is exactly what I'm looking for....except that when I pull up the command box wizard and click on the reports section, I don't have a "open report" option. I'm running Access 2003.

Any ideas?

Thanks

I don't have Access 2003 installed so I can't be sure, but you should see "Preview Report" or something similar. That's the one you want.

Cheers
