Is there a way of making access print a relport to more than one printer.

Excel Facts

Highlight Duplicates
Home, Conditional Formatting, Highlight Cells, Duplicate records, OK to add pink formatting to any duplicates in selected range.
If you want Access to print to 2 different printers at once (or in sequence), it can theoretically be done. How easy depends on the version of Access that you use. It relies on API calls, I think, to set the printer -- not easy or obvious.

Lots easier to just copy the report and set the copies up for differnt printers!
