Is there an option (that I can't find) in Access to print multiple copies of a report when it is printed? I know there is an option in Excel to print multiple copies whenever you print a something but I can't find the same option in Access. I can probably figure out a way to do it in VB, but I was just wondering if there is an option on the report that will do this without having to write code.

Thanks for the help.

hi greg

if it's ok for you to use a specific printer, you can specify the no. of copies from the report's page set up.

otherwise, use a PrintOut macro,

or eg DoCmd.Printout Copies:=20 in vba

that's all i can think of:someone else may know more!
