Hi
I have developed an access database to allow users record failure information. One of the features of the database is to print of a label which can be attached to the failed item. This is done through a report.
Most of the time it works ok but there are times it will give the following error " The sum of the margin, the bottom margin, the height of the page header, the height of the page footer is greater than the length of the page you are printing on" I have tried changing the setting on the printer but to no avail. This problem is intermittent, some days most pc's can't print and other they can. Does anyone know if this is an access issue?
If so is there a perment fix?
Thanks
