Hi,

I'm not sure how this happens but sometime when I try to print an excel spreadsheet and I select print all column on one page it would print super tiny because it would include blank cells.

I have check the following to ensure this was not causing the issue:
Make sure there is no white background ( like when someone select a full row or column instead of selected the needed one only... )
Remove print areas
remove page break

I know this is something being done because these spreadsheetwith issues ALWAYS come from the same person ...
anyone has any clue what could cause this so I can properly train the person and avoid these issues...
FYI what I usually do to fix this is select all and copy paste it in a blank page...

Thanks a bunch for the help and have a great day!

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
do not select the entire row, just select the range that you want to print and then under page layout choose set print area.
