Printing graphs on a form

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
As a quick test I just created a quick bar chart on a form selected the record and printed selected record. First attempt the graph did not print. Changed printer settings from "Draft" to "Best " and itr printed OK.

Are your graphs showing up in print preview?

Only in as much as it shows the problem is with the form not the printer! I can only prevent the graph showing in preview by setting its Display When to screen only.

A couple other things that might be worth a try is to compact and repair the database, and to create a new form and copy all of the controls into it and then see what happens.
