Hi, folks...hoping I can find some guidance here. I've already searched the forums and didn't find an answer to this poser.
So I've been tasked with creating bar codes for a scanning project. The data (document keywords) are being provided to me in an Excel spreadsheet. Each column represents a document, and each of the eight corresponding rows contains a keyword.
I have the bar code font installed, so I can simply flip the text to bar codes. But here's the issue: I need to print each column as a single page. That way, each page can be placed in front of each document for the scanner to read.
I've seen some posts about printing individual rows on separate pages...would the same principle work for columns? For example, could I use a macro and simply replace "row" with "column"?
Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks!
RB
