Printing a narrow but long worksheet as a PDF without page-breaks

So I have this form on a worksheet that is 14 columns wide but 251 rows long. Although the width is constant the rows number can increase if more data is entered. When I try to print to PDF there's the horrible page breaks that really cut up the form and it's hard to set them as the length can be dynamic. Trying to fit it on a single defined page makes it look really tiny and pushed over to the far left (lots of empty space on the right).

The file would probably not be physically printed but only viewed like on a phone screen. Is it possible to define your PDF page as some custom (e.g. 20cm x 300 cm - just a guess here) so that the user can scroll down and have a more non-broken reading experience?
