Hi

i have a worksheet with a long list of names in column A (only list on worksheet)

i would like to print the list to a booklet but with 2 sheets per A4 page so it can be folded into a booklet after printing

i have an epson printer that can do 2 sided printing but i am unsure how to proceed to achieve either the layout or setup to achieve this

would i have to export the list to word or other external program to achieve this

i have aprox 3000 names in list and would like maybe 50 per side of A5 booklet

hope my aim is clear

thanks for reading and for any guidance offered

Excel Facts

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
You might find it is printer dependent and also printer driver some postscript printer drivers for HP printers allow what they call number_up which in your case would be 2, also it can be set to flip along the short side or long side of the paper depends on the orientation landscape or portrait

Have a look in the extra settings when you go to print and see if you can choose sheets per page or number_up

Thank you

turns out Word has preset option for booklet and yes i needed to setup printer settings

was only 2 more clicks to copy paste

the layout took a little more patience though lol
