I hope y'all can help point me in the right direction. Because I have no idea where to begin. Here is what I have and where I want to go.

I have:
A spreadsheet that contains job names, start time, and avg execution time (in minutes). this by the way is a huge list. Some jobs run every 5 minutes.

Where I want to go:

I want to creat a visual chart of the job schedules in order to print it.
Example Job 1, starts at 00:01 every 10 minutes everyday, it runs for avg 2 minutes. I want the chart to highlight the time cells that correspond the 2 minutes is runs for, starting at the job's scheduled time and every 10 minutes thereof.

I know something like this exists in excel, I've seen it several times. I've searched and cant seem to find it. I need help to get this started. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

I hope this make sense. Please ask away if it does not.
