I've looked in Design View and Layout View and I can't seem to find out where to arrange it so it prints each Department on a separate page. I have the Report grouped by Department. I also want it to show the Department again if the information spills onto a second sheet. Thank you for your help.

Excel Facts

What is the fastest way to copy a formula?
If A2:A50000 contain data. Enter a formula in B2. Select B2. Double-click the Fill Handle and Excel will shoot the formula down to B50000.
I believe if you put a Page Break in the Department Group Footer section, it will force a new page after each department.

you can also modify the properties of the Group Header section with Page Break Before
I usually go with the Page Break after, just because I think it looks a little odd to have a Page Break before my first group.
Just my personal preference...

there is no break before the first group ... even though it is defined, Access is smart enough to not do that ;) ~

Didn't think it would be that smart!
I wish it was that smart for some other things (and maybe a little "less" smart for others, like importing Excel data!);)
