when I run in "print preview" a report I created, it comes up in
"fit" mode, which is too small to read. I then have to go into
the drop down arrow beside "fit" and click on 100%.

is there anyway that I can set the report to be opened in 100% mode
instead of "fit" mode???

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
Open your report in design mode, then go to the properties of the report. Find the "on Open" property in the list. Then click the Button with the 3 dots beside that line.

Choose the Code builder and OK to open the VB editor, the cursor will be inside the "on Open" procedure. Now just Paste the following :

DoCmd.Maximize

Click save and close the VB window and save your report. The report will now maximize when it is opened.
