I have a print macro. I have a header that shows Page # and Number of Pages. (ex. Page 1 of 4)
If the print range is larger than 1 page, my header shows me the total number of pages, when I drag the gray bar on the right side of the preview window down, it moves, but I can still only see page 1.
If I try to click in the top left corner on Next Page, or Previous Page, the vertical bar on the right moves, but it still only shows me Page 1.
Why can't I see the next pages?

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
