Greetings:

Perhaps you would direct me as I've search but can't find VBA I need.

I have a pivot table with the data tab where I can click on each count and produce the drill down on subsequent tabs.

I need VBA which will print all drill down tabs at once.

or create all drill down tabs then VBA to print all tabs (I believe I have that VBA in my arsenal).

Thanks,

John

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
The drill downs only provide grouped view of the individual table, if the table was sorted then the data for the whole table would be present, or do you mean when it becomes sheets, you need to print only the sheets that you have chosen, in which case there are a number of sheets printing routines, and you just need to exclude the sheet with the pivot and the data sheet
