Dear All,

I facing a problem on excel printout. Now I am unable print any documents. If I select print it showing 200+ pages or more according to cells. Each cells showing one page numbers, even not allowing to remove. Your valuable advice needed. i don't know how to attach the image.

Excel Facts

Highlight Duplicates
Home, Conditional Formatting, Highlight Cells, Duplicate records, OK to add pink formatting to any duplicates in selected range.
Try this...

On Page Layout tab

check that the paper size is correct (see Page Setup \ Paper Size)
check that all margins are sensible

click Breaks \ Reset All Page Breaks

click Print Area \ Clear Print Area

set Width to Automatic
set Height to Automatic

set Print Area to the required print range and test

If nothing works, create a new workbook and test

If this problem is already affecting ALL printing it is possible that the printer driver needs updating (use google to find out how to do that on your version of windows)
