Print Macro

Hi All,

I have an excel document with three sheets in. The sheets that require attention are "Sheet 2" and "Sheet 3".
Basically "Sheet 2" is pulling data from "Sheet 3". "Sheet 2" is laid out differently to "Sheet 3" as it is the sheet that is used for printing the data.

So I have set up a function that when I change the number in cell F1 it drags that information from "Sheet 3" and inserts it into the relevant cells on "Sheet 2". Now what I am trying to achieve is to create a macro that will print all records from "Sheet 3" but print from the "Sheet 2" view. If I did it manually I would have to individually change the number in cell F1 to each matching record on "Sheet 3". But this could take a while.

If anyone could provide assistance it would be much appreciated!

Regards,

Sam

Excel Facts

Create a Pivot Table on a Map
If your data has zip codes, postal codes, or city names, select the data and use Insert, 3D Map. (Found to right of chart icons).
I'm not sure if you already have this resolved but thought I would make a suggestion. I don't know how your data is set up, but perhaps you could get the print format set up in a Word document and do a mail merge using Sheet 3 for your data? May not be an option for you but thought I would mention just in case!
