Print Macro Help

I am new to macros and have limited experience with them. What I have is a sheet that has the daily schedule for several employees where the main page show eight employees at a time and then this linked to a page separating each employee. What I would like to be able to do is select a set range of cells on the main page ( range A1:K40 sheet name Today) and print three copies of just those cells "fit to page" and then print a single copy of the same range at 55%. I would also like for it to print out 1 copy of the breakdown of the each person sheet (sheet name- Each Person) (4 pages for this). I have tried to record a macro but as I said I have limited experience and it is not working. I am using Excel 2010, Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Under print properties I want to print it at 55% off full

If you change this line

.Zoom = False

to

.zoom =55%

, you should have your zoom at 55% but if you run the macro as is, it should do the first part of what you require (i.e printing the selected range and also printing 3 copies)

I thought I had replied but don't see it here. I came up with this by recording what I need to do, but when I go to run the macro I have an issue
