Just wondering if this is possible, I have a lot of colored filled cells in my document that I need to print black and white. I only want my logo that is currently in the header to print in color. Is there a workaround for this? I know I could do a watermark on the finished pdf, but I would rather have the finished product from Excel if possible.

Thanks!

Can Excel fill bagel flavors?
You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
The only workaround I know is to copy your document and paste it without the color in a template sheet that has a colored header. You then can do a color printout but your document will be black and white.
All this can be done by macro triggered by the event Workbook_BeforePrint.
