I have a spreadsheet and I have conditional formatting on all cells so that if a formula exists in a cell it shades it a gray. this is solely for my benefit when i'm in the workbook. I also have a column that contains conditional formatting to provide a visual cue using icon sets which is for the benefit of my end user.

When i print i am printing to a black and white printer so the gray is too dark and unnecessary. When I try to tell Excel to print in "Black and White" it removes the gray shading, but the icon sets also disappear and I don't want that to happen.

Is there a way to print in black and white, but leave the icon sets?

Thanks!
