Is there a way to have all the text in a worksheet print in black, so that I can still have a color image print in color? I cannot choose the print black and white option in page setup because it turns the image black and white too. I am trying to figure out a way for users to easily identify cells they need to input, but still print the text in black.

I don't believe there is a printer setting for that in the PageSetup options, but it could probably be done with a macro that sets the
Code:
ActiveSheet.Cells.Font.Color = vbBlack
ActiveSheet.PrintOut
and add code to change any font colors back to what they were, if other than black.
