I have a report where I'm listing locations and President-Co-President.

I have at 41 different entries and several of our sites have multiple people in one position (a president and co - president). I would like the report to skip the local for the second person listed.

In other words, if I have to people in Oakland, Jon and Jim, for example I would like the report to look like this:

Location Presdident
Oakland Jon
Jim

In other words, I only want there to be an empty cell below the first Oakland (kind of like the ditto effect).

Is this possible?

Thank you for your help in advance

Michael

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
The field that is coming up is a valid field. I even created a new query but got the same effect. I'll guess I'll have to look at it closer tomorrow.

I'm pretty sure MSAccess reports have a setting for hiding duplicate fields. It's been such a long time for me though - you'll have to search for it in your report properties for the field or group, or googling some more.

Thank you, that was it. I thought there was an easy way to do this.

There is a property called Hide Duplicates. Got it.

Thank you for your help.
