Good afternoon,

I have an Excel file with current year fiscal information and analysis. I also have a Word document with the text and links to Excel graphs and tables for this year's fiscal reporting so that changes in the excel are reflected automatically in Word.

When next year's data comes to me, I want to rename the Word and Excel files and preserve the links. That is, I want Word to point to the graphs and tables in the current year's excel analysis (the renamed file) and not in last year's analysis. How do I do that?

Thanks for your time,
Michael
