Dear All,

I'm trying to give the Weeknumber in Powerpivot data with the formula =weeknum(Date,"return Value") and it works..But my company using week calculation based on date. Ex Date 01 to 7- Week 1, Date 8 to 14-Week2, Date 15 to 21 -Week 3 Date 22 to month last date=Week 4.

Can any one give the formula to solve this issue in powerpivot table..

Excel Facts

Which came first: VisiCalc or Lotus 1-2-3?
Dan Bricklin and Bob Frankston debuted VisiCalc in 1979 as a Visible Calculator. Lotus 1-2-3 debuted in the early 1980's, from Mitch Kapor.
Hi Suresh,
quick&dirty one here for a calculated column: =IF(DAY([Date])<8,1, IF(DAY([Date])<15,2, (IF(DAY([Date]<22,3,4))))+4*(MONTH([Date])-1)
