Hi Guys, I am looking for some ideas and hope I have posted this in the right place!

There will be a large recruitment drive for the company I work for to help set up a new section and we are trying to attract internal candidates to take an interest. We are in competition with another section which will be trying to do the same thing. How would you approach this? Use desk-drops? Information packs? Conferences?
