PQ Query says 'Expression.Error: Access to the resource is forbidden'

Can someone please help me?

All of a sudden my query fails and gives this error message: 'Expression.Error: Access to the resource is forbidden' and refreshing it in Excel gives an error "Microsoft.Mashup.Engine...." etc.

The query has functioned for years until now. I tried clearing all the permissions and such, but I really don't know what I'm doing.

Loads fine for me. I wonder if your file has become corrupted. Have you tried copying your Mcode to a new workbook?

I did try that. Even the Navigator window says "Forbidden".

Have you been able to try on a different machine? I had some issues with PQ and Excel a couple of weeks back. Finally, unloaded and reloaded Office and all issues were resolved.

Strangely, it works every once on a while. Trying to refresh within a few minutes makes the error pop up. Waiting for a while and then trying to refresh is sometimes successful. I wonder if it's something to do with the website.
