Because I want to click refresh once without having to manually add my excel formula after each refresh (I load to excel, not PBI), wanted to insert structured reference excel formula as text in column in power query (and later simply replace " to activate the formula). But add columns keeps giving errors.

How can I add complicated (many characters/symbols), M-sensitive text with Table.AddColumn without running into errors?

How to show all formulas in Excel?
Press Ctrl+` to show all formulas. Press it again to toggle back to numbers. The grave accent is often under the tilde on US keyboards.
You need to double up any quotes that are actually part of the formula string. So, for example, the "-" part needs to be ""-""
