Powerview column chart with percentages

In Powerview, Column Chart set as follows:
∑ VALUES is ∑Average of %
AXIS is farm
LEGEND is #

Now percentages are seen as 0.xx instead of xx%

Any idea how to format Data Labels to reflect values as percentage?
