Hi,

System: Windows 10 with SharePoint for file navigation

My friend is looking for software that can control access to files as well as length of time of access (e.g. video files, as well as Excel, others), ideally "with SharePoint online control functions" and have settled on Powershell, which I understand is driven by a Windows Scripting language.

Their company hosts private webinars so part of the reason is to give limited access to participants

I'm not too knowledgeable about this, but I thought Powershell is an old DOS like app that allows file management?

Is PowerShell most suitable app for this or can anyone recommend any other (ideally Microsoft product) software to allow for this kind of file management and control?

Kind regards,
Jack
