PowerQuery - Preserving Cell Formatting in Source Document

Hi Everybody, I apologize for the dumbness of this question, but it seems like something that should work.

I am using PowerQuery to merge into a single spreadsheet the table data from approx. 700 spreadsheets. The merge works as expected. The data owners use color coding to represent various changes to the data that is not translated in the query.

Q: Is it possible to use PowerQuery to bring in the cell formatting of the source data?

Please refer to the example in the attached image.
