How to calculate loan payments in Excel?
Use the PMT function: =PMT(5%/12,60,-25000) is for a $25,000 loan, 5% annual interest, 60 month loan.
Code:
let
  Source = Table.FromColumns(
    {
      List.RemoveNulls(
        List.Combine(Table.ToColumns(Excel.CurrentWorkbook(){[Name = "Table1"]}[Content]))
      )
    },
    {"Result"}
  )
in
  Source

another approach with most steps from user interface except one

Rich (BB code):
let
    Source = Excel.CurrentWorkbook(){[Name="Table1"]}[Content],
    TTC = Table.ToColumns(Source),
    C2T = Table.FromList(TTC, Splitter.SplitByNothing(), null, null, ExtraValues.Error),
    Exp = Table.ExpandListColumn(C2T, "Column1"),
    FilterNull = Table.SelectRows(Exp, each ([Column1] <> null))
in
    FilterNull
