Simply put: no. This is because Powerpoint has no "section break" functionality as in Word, so that page (slide) orientation could be altered in different "sections." There is, however, a workaround for your needs:
Simply create a second blank presentation, click Window/arrange all, then with your file and the blank file alongside each other, place each into Slide Sorter View. Then drag each slide you want oriented differently than your original presentation over to the blank file, but use your RIGHT mouse button to drag (it will allow you to choose to COPY the slide rather than to MOVE it). Set the orientation of the new file to the opposite of the original, then print the slides. Finally, print your original but select only those slides you want printed in the original orientation. This process works best on large numbers of slides. HTH... Larry.
