Hello friends,

I am going nuts. I built a power pivot table with slicers, and saved the workbook. Every time I open and refresh the tables or click the slicers everything works and responds.

the problem is, when I send it to a colleague in the office, he can open the workbook, but when he clicks the slicers nothing happens, and when he refreshes the tables, he
gets an error: "We couldn't load the data model, This may be because the data model in this workbook is damaged".

please help, I need the pivot to work on my computer and anyone else that I send the email to.

Thank you very much in advance!

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
Never had such an error, so... (but I do want to be prepared if it ever happens to me!)
I would take a look at the Data Connections and make sure that the addressing is valid and current.
Did you set the pivot table to automatically update when the file is opened?
