Hi
This is a bit of a speculative question. We use the Oracle eBusiness suite and publish our FSG reports into excel from the Report Repository module. I have had an issue with a number of PCs and on investigation it appears that if they have PowerPivot on them the reports do not publish. I have removed PowerPivot from a PC to test this and it the reports successfully publish.
I was wondering if anybody else has seen this happen or if there are similar problems elsewhere.
For information the reports are produced using an xml schema a template file is created together with a number of xml files which are then combined into one workbook.
I am not using PowerPivot to conect to the Orcale databases. Mainly using it for either SQL databases or Access.
