I have a document of PivotTables all generated from one PowerPivot table.

I realized at the last minute that there was something wrong with my data and had to change the original source file for the PowerPivot table and have now imported that new table.

Is there any way (VBA is allowed here) that I can relink all of the PivotTables in my document to this new table without having to go through every single PivotTable manually?

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
