PowerPivot Data Connection Not Updating

Hello,

I've created an excel dashboard that is connected to a folder containing employee information for each month. I've added a Sept file to the folder, and my dashboard is not updating after I refresh.

Any thoughts?
 

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
Sort by date Sort by votes
What is the process you are using ?
eg
Are you using Power Query > Get > from folder ?
Are you loading into a table or into the data model ?
