PowerBI Desktop: Can see Row and Column fields.

Hello friends, Hope all is well!

Please help. I recently downloaded "PowerBI Desktop" on my work computer. But can't seem to find the Row field and Column field.
Please help me activate them and make them usable.

Excel Facts

Select a column containing text numbers. Press Alt+D E F to quickly convert text to numbers. Faster than "Convert to Number"
