PowerBi and P6 CSV timescale file

I am extremely new to PowerBI. I am used to running a CSV report from Primavera and producing an excel daily hour along a timescale. Can PowerBI be dynamic with the date format that Primavera produces and create a daily budgeted hours ? Appreciate the your time.
 

Excel Facts

Quick Sum
Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.
