Hi all,

I'm trying to find the formulas needed in Excel to calculate Power and Sample size, as we currently use Minitab and it is tedious with a long list of inputs. I used this site http://www.real-statistics.com/sampling-distribuion/statistical-power-sample/ but I do not have a standard deviation or standard error, so I was calculating those values. The end result was close to Minitab, but not close enough. I found a tool https://www.stat.ubc.ca/~rollin/stats/ssize/b2.html that matches Minitab exactly, but it doesn't list the formulas so I could translate to Excel.

Any assistance would be most appreciated.
