Hoping someone will be familiar enough to have come across this situation before. I have a file that has several Power Queries in it where I imported tables from other workbooks. For some reason, when I'm in this file, it prevents other users from accessing the files that contain the tables that I'm pulling in? Anyone have an idea what is causing that?

Thanks, SS

What is the error they are receiving?
I'm still waiting on it to happen again with one of the users so they can send me a screenshot. All they have told me is that it doesn't say who is in the file, it only tells them they cannot edit the file. I believe it is the errors that show up in the Power Queries with the data types of the columns that are automatically chosen.

The error message does not give a name whenever I'm opening my file with the Power Query that is refreshing all the different tables from various sources. However, if I shut Excel down all together and turn my computer off, it will give a name of the person that is in that file to someone else trying to access it.
