Power Query simple question: - every time change one or more name headers get an error. How to solve simple?

Power Query question - every time change one or more name headers get an error after save and update.
Would like a simple solution if possible to avoid that.

Its when change my name headers and then refresh that table I get an error.

Think in general this is a main concern of any excel user´s however for my surprise solucion is still a bit complex.
