Power Query SAMEPERIODLASTYEAR

hello,

I want to use 'SAMEPERIODLASTYEAR" function in my data, but the problem is that, i have only "YEAR" & "MONTH", column in my data set for more information please see the attachment.

thank's for your reply sir, due to IT policy i am not able to upload the excel file, that's why i share the data image. if it's possible to provide the solution base on data picture than it's very help full for me.
