Hi,
I have sales data for 5 years each year is in a separate workbook. I append them using Power Query into one query. Year 2021 is the latest data, and needs to be refreshed when I get new data.
Once I refresh the data, all queries get refreshed and it takes too long, is there a workaround to minimise the refresh time or can I only refresh Year 2021 data. In all there are more than 1 million rows as it is 5 years being compiled.
The output is in an Excel file and the other is way is an import through Power BI.
Any suggestions welcome.
