any one can help me to understand the deference between Reference VS Duplicate when we write click on Query Name

and the 2nd Question
what is the Deference between List and Table in Query Column

duplicate = copy
reference = if you change something in the first table it will be reflected in the (reference) second table

from the last link find and download M-reference pdf and on the few last pages you can find quasi-definition of the List and Table
but IMHO practice is much better teacher
