Hey All - I have reached a point where I am stuck and don't know how to proceed. I uploaded data into power query. the Member Cap Start Date and Member Cap End date created a date range, I was able to create a date list from that - in the Member months Column. Since this is a restated file, The actual RAF score for the year are the rows with 26 in the Adjustment Reason column. How can I replace the rows that are blank under the Adjustment reason column with the the rows that are 26? I have a bout 3500 beneficiaries and some may not have an adjustment during the year - another element to this. Thank you in advance

If I'm understanding this, you can create a custom IF column, that pulls in the 26 if it's there, or the RAF column if ADJ_REASON_COL is blank. Then delete the RAF column and rename the new custom column RAF.

I need to replace the RAF score where the adjustment is black with the RAF where the adjustment reason is 26. If 26, then Jan-DEC will be the RAF with the Adjustment 26 if now, then the raf with adjustment reason blank will stay.
