I have several queries that are based on Salesforce Reports. Everything worked great last month, when I created it, but this month, when I clicked on Refresh or Refresh All, it didn't update any of my tables. I went into the query and I get a message saying "This preview may be up to 28 days old".

If I click on Refresh, then it updates everything and my tables are correct.

Can anyone explain to me why this is happening and if there's anything I can do so that when I hit refresh, it actually refreshes the SFDC report?

Data load is the reason it says "may be up to 28 days old". If it refreshes in the back-end, it should refresh in the front-end properly. Are you sure it didn't refresh all?

I've tried both "refresh" within the table itself and "refresh all" and neither changes the data until I actually go into the query and click "ok" on that message.

The preview uses a cached result (always). Normally a refresh in the UI (preview thus) overwrites the cached result. Sometimes it's a good idea to clear the cache in the settings and not have this issue at all. Do not know it by heart where this is done in PowerBI.
